As a former collegiate coach and athlete, fitness has always been a part of my life. Now as an ISSA certified personal trainer, I can continue my passion for fitness by helping others reach their goals. Along with personal training, I’m also certified as a group training instructor.

As an athlete, fitness has always been a vital part of my life. It wasn’t until my athletic career was over that I started to understand the importance of being healthy. When my career ended, I lost control of my weight and began to feel uncomfortable in my own skin. I joined Infinity Fitness Solutions and it changed my life. Now I’m knowledgeable in the things that will help me keep my health in order and I can share that knowledge. 

I am committed to enhancing and changing the overall health and fitness of individuals worldwide by first educating them on what that looks like, then providing the tools necessary to get there. Training is more than a workout, it’s an experience.
