I joined Infinity Fitness Solutions (IFS) in 2013 after I realized that I was overweight and still using the excuse, "I had a baby." That "baby" was 11 years old at the time. After trying to get in shape on my own, and not seeing the results I wanted, I reached out to Kevin Johnson, personal trainer and owner of IFS. This is where my true fitness journey began...

After working with Kevin, I was able to lose 50+ pounds, maintain, and reach other fitness goals, including fitness and bodybuilding competitions. I also became a Certified Personal Trainer after discovering my passion for fitness and wellness. Life can give us so many excuses not to take care of ourselves. My goal is to help you learn to put YOU first. I want you to be fit. I want you to be well.
