Absolutely. I learned the how’s on exercise technique. Deanna is the best at pushing me incrementally every single week. I’m seeing the progress and yes that feels so nice.
I joined Infinity fitness less then 4 months ago and I’m doing workouts I thought I could never do. I’m losing lots of inches and working on pounds.
